Killer Oyster Stew ingredients
Cooking Killer Oyster Stew
1. Killer Oysteri Stewi Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream 2 cups milk 1 cup celery (chopped) 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup parsley 2 pints oysters, more if desired (keep juice) 6 green onions (finely chopped) 1 clove garlic (minced) 1/8 teaspoon cyan pepper 1/8 teaspoon thyme 3 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup red wine (the better, the better) Salti and pepper Oyster crackers(optional) Cooking Directions Melt butter in large saucepan- add Onioni, Celeryi and Garlici.
2. Sautee till soft adding wine slowly.
3. Add cyan pepper, thyme and parsley - cook 3 1/2 minutes Stiri in flour slowly till blended- cook on medium heat.
4. DO NOT BURN!!! Add cream, milk and oysters and juice from oysters.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and heat thuroughly.
