Kheema ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb, trimmed of fat and
  • -Diced Small
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Inch stick of cinnamon
  • 6 ct Pods
  • 6 cloves
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 t Chopped garlic
  • 2 t Chopped ginger
  • pn Turmeric
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 T butter
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Kheema

1. Grindi cloves, cinnamon and cardamom to powder.
2. Heat butter in a heavy pan and fry onion until brown.
3. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and spices.
4. Stiri and fry together for 1 minute.
5. Put in meat and mix well.
6. Cover and turn down heat to low. Cook for about 30 minutes without adding any water.
7. When done, add tomatoes and salt to taste, cover and cook a little longer.
8. Serve over rice.
