- SAUCE
- 10 oz frozen raspberries in syrup

- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄3 c Red Currant Jelly
Cooking Key lime cheesecake with raspberry sauce
1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar.
2. Beat in eggs, one at a time, blending until smooth.
3. Add remaining filling ingredients, beating until smooth.
4. Pour over prepared crust.
