Karen's Layered Chicken Casserole

Karen's Layered Chicken Casserole ingredients
- 1 Box chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 16 oz Chopped Broccoli -- frozen
- 4 c Cooked chicken -- or turkey
- 2 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup -- or Any cream soup
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk -- or mayonaisse
- Cheddar cheese -- grated
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Mushrooms -- optional
Cooking Karen's Layered Chicken Casserole
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Pat into a long cake pan. Top rice with broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken or turkey.
3. Blend together soup milk or mayonnaise.
4. Spread over top of casserole.
5. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
6. Bakei in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
