Karen's caramel corn ingredients

  • 2 c butter
  • 2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Karo syrup
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 6 qt Popped popcorn

Cooking Karen's caramel corn

1. Mixi butter, brown sugar, salt and karo syrup together in pan, cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
2. Stiri in baking soda and vanilla then pour mixture over popped popcorn.
3. Place on pan in 200 deg oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 min.
