Kapusniak ze swiezej kapusty (cabbage soup) ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb Pork, lean, cut into small
- -pieces
- 1 T butter, unsalted
- 1 cn Beef broth (10 ½ oz)
- 1 cn Soup, tomato
- 2 Soup can of water
- 4 c Cabbage, shredded
- 1⁄2 c Onion, chopped
- 2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Paprika
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 T Sherry
- Sour cream
Cooking Kapusniak ze swiezej kapusty (cabbage soup)
1. Browni pork in butter.
2. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
3. Cover; cook over low heat--30 min. ; stir often.
4. Serve with spoonsfull of sour cream.
5. A balkan stew-soup to make a supper.
