Kahlua Chocolate Cheesecake ingredients

  • c chocolate Wafer Crumbs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 1 T Granulated sugar
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Semisweet chocolate bits
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Kahlua
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 Large egg
  • c Granulated sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 16 oz Cream cheese
  • Whipped cream
  • chocolate leaves

Cooking Kahlua Chocolate Cheesecake

1. Prepare Chocolatei Crumb Crust (directions follow).
2. Preheat oven to 350 °F. In small saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate bits with Kahluai and butter; stir until smooth.
3. Set aside.
4. In bowl, combine eggs, sugar and salt.
5. Add sour cream; blend well.
6. Add cream cheese to egg mixture; beat until smooth.
7. Gradually blend in chocolate mixture.
8. Turn into prepared crust.
9. Bakei 40 minutes or until filling is barely set in center.
10. Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
11. Then refrigerate several hours or overnight.
12. Garnishi, if desired, with whipped cream and chocolate leaves.
13. Chocolate Crumb Crust: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, butter and sugar.
14. Press firmly in bottom of 9 inch springform pan.
