Junior mint cheesecake ingredients
- 6 oz Junior Mints(2pk)
- 3 pk (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- c Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- graham cracker crust
- 2 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 6 T Melted butter
Cooking Junior mint cheesecake
1. Crust: combine ingredients.
2. Press in bottom and sides of 9" springform pan. Place junior mints in freezer.
3. preheat oven to 350°F.
4. With electric mixer or in a food processer; combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. Stiri in vanilla.
7. Pour into crust.
8. Chopi cold junior mints and sprinkle onto cheesecake.
9. Bakei 40-45 minutes or until just set. Cool on wire rack, then chill several hours or overnight.
10. Makes about 8 servings.
