Joan's favorite teriyaki sauce ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 c soy sauce
  • 1 t Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 clv garlic crushed
  • 1 T Seseme seed oil

Cooking Joan's favorite teriyaki sauce

1. Mixi all in screw top jar and shake well to dissolve sugar.
2. Marinadei steak or chicken overnight or use as a glaze or basting sauce when baking or barbecuing.
3. Most delicious.
