Jim bowie's hush puppies

1. Mixi all ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture.
2. Wet hands & roll mixture into 1 ½ inch balls.
3. Drop into deep fat & remove when brown.
4. Drain on absorbent paper.
5. You can use salt & pepper to taste in place of cajun seasoning.
