Jim beam barbecue sauce ingredients

- 2 c Catsup
- 1 c Brown sugar, packed
- 4 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t Dry mustard
- 1 c Jim Beam Kentucky Straight
- -Bourbon Whiskey
- 4 T Cider vinegar
- 4 T soy sauce
- 1⁄2 t Cayenne pepper
Cooking Jim beam barbecue sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in med. saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Reducei heat to low; simmer uncovered 20 to 25 mins.
4. Or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
5. Makes 3 to 4 cups.
