Jerry Reed's Sweet Potato Pie ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1⁄2 c margarine, softened
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 T Nutmeg
  • 1 9-inch pie shell

Cooking Jerry Reed's Sweet Potato Pie

1. Peeli potatoes and boil until soft.
2. Drain.
3. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4. Put into pie crust.
5. Serve 1 9-inch pie. Great topped with whipped cream or pecans.
