Jerk sauce ingredients
- 1 T Allspice
- 1 1⁄2 t Cayenne
- 1 1⁄2 t Rubbed sage
- 3⁄4 t Cinnamon
- 2 T garlic Powder
- 1⁄4 c Oil
- 3⁄4 c White vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 c Green onions; chopped
- 1 T thyme
- 1 1⁄2 t Freshly ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 t Nutmeg
- 2 T Salt
- 1 T Sugar
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- Juice of one orange
- 1 Hot pepper, seeded &
- -chopped
Cooking Jerk sauce
1. Tossi all the ingredients in the blender and blend-away.
