Jerk sauce ingredients

  • 1 T Allspice
  • 1 1⁄2 t Cayenne
  • 1 1⁄2 t Rubbed sage
  • 3⁄4 t Cinnamon
  • 2 T garlic Powder
  • 1⁄4 c Oil
  • 3⁄4 c White vinegar
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 c Green onions; chopped
  • 1 T thyme
  • 1 1⁄2 t Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3⁄4 t Nutmeg
  • 2 T Salt
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1⁄4 c soy sauce
  • Juice of one orange
  • 1 Hot pepper, seeded &
  • -chopped

Cooking Jerk sauce

1. Tossi all the ingredients in the blender and blend-away.
