Jerk pork

Jerk pork ingredients
- 2 Jalapenos, chopped
- 3 Green onions; chopped
- 4 1⁄2 T Allspice, ground
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 t Nutmeg, ground
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 t Ginger, grated
- 4 Bay leaves, crumbled
- 2 T Oil
- 2 lb pork chops
Cooking Jerk pork
1. Place peppers, green onions, herbs and spices in a food processor.
2. Finely chop to form a paste.
3. Add oil and puree until smooth.
4. Rub on both sides of pork and let stand 30 minutes.
5. Grilli on barbecue.
