Jenell mckinney's squash relish ingredients
- 2 t Salt
- 8 c Chopped squash
- -- mixture of yellow and
- -- zucchini for color
- 1 c Chopped onion
- 1 c Chopped green pepper
- 1 c Chopped green tomato
- 2 c Vinegar
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sugar
- 1 t Mustard seed
- 1 t Celery seed
Cooking Jenell mckinney's squash relish
1. Sprinkle salt over vegetables.
2. Let set for one hour; drain.
3. Boil rest of ingredients and add drained vegetables cook 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
