Jenell mckinney's squash relish ingredients

  • 2 t Salt
  • 8 c Chopped squash
  • -- mixture of yellow and
  • -- zucchini for color
  • 1 c Chopped onion
  • 1 c Chopped green pepper
  • 1 c Chopped green tomato
  • 2 c Vinegar

  • 1 t Mustard seed
  • 1 t Celery seed

Cooking Jenell mckinney's squash relish

1. Sprinkle salt over vegetables.
2. Let set for one hour; drain.
3. Boil rest of ingredients and add drained vegetables cook 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
