Jellied venison salad ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 T Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Bouillon cube
  • 1⁄4 c Vinegar
  • 2 c Cooked, diced, leftover-
  • 2 T Green pepper, chopped
  • 4 Sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 T onions, diced
  • 1⁄2 c Cold water
  • 1 1⁄2 c Boiling water
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • - roast of venison
  • 2 T Pimiento, cut in small pieces
  • 2 T Celery, diced
  • 2 T Cooked cut green beans

Cooking Jellied venison salad

1. Soak gelatin in cold water.
2. Dissolve bouillon cube and gelatin in boiling water.
3. Add vinegar and salt.
4. Cool this mixture and when just beginning to set add the rest of ingredients.
5. Pour into individual molds or greased 8-inch square baking dish.
6. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce with mayonnaise.
