Jeff's potato salad with beer dressing ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes
  • 1 t Mustard -- or brown
  • 1 Bacon slices
  • 1 T Chopped onions
  • 1 Celery stalks -- chopped
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 T margarine
  • 2 t flour
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 c Beer
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Tabasco sauce
  • 2 T Fresh parsley -- chopped

Cooking Jeff's potato salad with beer dressing

1. Boil potatoes until just tender.
2. Peeli and slice.
3. Fryi bacon until crisp.
4. Break into small pieces and mix with onion, celery and salt; set aside.
5. Stiri melted butter and flour in a small saucepan until blended.
6. Add mustard and sugar.
7. Slowly stir in beer and tabasco sauce.
8. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
9. Pour over potatoes.
10. Sprinkle with parsley.
11. Tossi lightly and let stand 1 hour.
12. Add bacon mixture; toss gently and serve.
