Jasmine Fried Rice

Jasmine Fried Rice ingredients
- 3 T Vegatable oil
- 1 Eggs
- 3 garlic
- 1 c Peas
- 2 Scallions
- 4 c Jasmine Rice
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
- 1 t SEASONING SAUCE
- 2 t soy sauce
- 4 oz Bean sprouts
- 2 T Red chili peppers
Cooking Jasmine Fried Rice
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add egg and scramble until cooked.
2. Add garlic, peas and green onion.
3. Stiri fry 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Add soft jasmine rice and stir fry until hot. Seasoni with black pepper, seasoning sauce and soy sauce.
5. Stir well.
6. Bean sproutsi can be added now. Heat thoroughly.
7. Note: If you are making a particular type of rice i. E. ; shrimp, pork or chicken, this ingredient should be added before Step 2 and cooked completely before continuing.
