Jan's German Apple Cake ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c All-purpose flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Whole-wheat flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Oat bran
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Baking soda
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cinnamon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Allspice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 Granny smith apples; chop
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Golden Raisins

Cooking Jan's German Apple Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray loaf pan with Pam or other veg. spray.
2. In one small bowl; beat together eggs, veg. oil and vanilla.
3. Mixi together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well.
5. Foldi in chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins.
6. Spoon into loaf pan until half full.
7. Bakei in preheated oven for 50-60 mins.
8. Check center with toothpick to see if done.
9. Remove and cool on wire rack.
