Jamican jerk sauce ingredients
- 4 Green onions; chopped
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 t Cayenne pepper -- or more to
- Taste
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1 t thyme
- 1⁄2 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 t Ground allspice
- 1⁄4 t Ground cloves
Cooking Jamican jerk sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender containe and process for 15 seconds at high speed.
