- 1 c Heavy Cream
- c Sugar
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 1 t Ground cloves
- 1 t Nutmeg
- 1 lb Boar or other sausage, grill
- Done, cool, slice
- c Dry roasted salted peanuts

Cooking James earl jones' yam coconut soup w/wild boar
1. In a processor, process yams with coconut milk until smooth.
2. Continue to process, adding milk in a stream.
3. Place contents in a heavy sauce pan. Warm puree over medium low heat stirring frequently.
4. When hot, stir in cream and sugar and season with spices.
5. Serve hot.
6. After ladling into soup dishes, arrange sliced sausages as croutons and sprinkle with peanuts.
