- 4 c Shredded cabbage

- 2 T Sugar
- 1 T Cider vinegar
- 1 T dry jerk seasoning
Cooking Jamaican cole slaw
1. Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
2. Mixi togethre the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning.
3. Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well.
4. Cover and chill before serving.
