Jamaica style hazelnut chicken

Jamaica style hazelnut chicken ingredients
- 2 large Whole chicken breasts
- -- split
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1⁄4 c margarine
- 6 oz Orange juice concentrate
- -- thawed
- 1 Bay leaf
- Juice of small lime
- 2 Firm ripe bananas thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 c Finely chopped hazelnuts
- -(roasted Oregon hazelnuts)
Cooking Jamaica style hazelnut chicken
1. Seasoni chicken with salt & pepper.
2. Browni chicken on both sides in margarine in skillet over medium heat.
3. Reducei to low and add ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, orange juice and bay leaf.
4. Bring to boil, cover & simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Turn chicken once while cooking.
6. Remove chicken and keep warm.
7. Bring liquid to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
8. Stiri in lime juice and bananas; heat gently.
9. Place chicken on serving dish, top with sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
