Jalepeno corn bread ingredients

  • 2 c corn bread mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cn creamed corn
  • c buttermilk
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 margarine
  • 2 Jalepeno peppers, chopped
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned

Cooking Jalepeno corn bread

1. Recipe by: wayne preston allen saute onion with stick of butter in microwave.
2. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
