Jaibas Rellenos ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c sweet onion
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T garlic
  • 3 c tomato concasse
  • 4 oz diced green chilis
  • 12 pimiento-stuffed green olive
  • 2 T parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb crab meat
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c fresh sourdough breadcrumbs
  • 2 T butter

Cooking Jaibas Rellenos

1. Heat oil in a skillet, over a moderate flame.
2. Add onions and garlic, saute for 5 minutes, until softened stir in tomatoes, olives, chiles, and parsley.
3. Heat and stir for 5 minutes.
4. Stiri in crab and wine, remove from heat.
5. Pour each serving into a ramekin or heat-proof bowl.
6. Combine breadcrumbs and butter.
7. Divide evenly among serving bowls.
8. Serve hot.
