Italina Round Steak ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb Round steak
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t Oregano
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1 T Cooking oil
  • 1 cn spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 pk Frozen Italian Green Beans
  • 1 cn whole onions, drained

Cooking Italina Round Steak

1. Heat oven to 375 Rub steak with flour and seasonings; reserve remaining seasonings Cut steak into serving pieces In large skillet in hot oil brown meat The place in baking dish Heat sauce and flour mixture to a boil; and be sure to stir constantly Pour mixture over steak; cover and bake 45 minutes Add veggies; cover and bake another 45 minutes.
