Italian Sausage with Fennel and Chiles ingredients
- 6 lb Ground pork
- 1 T Fennel seeds
- 1 T Red chili peppers
- 2 t Black pepper
- 1 T Spanish paprika
- 1 T Salt
- Sausage casings
Cooking Italian Sausage with Fennel and Chiles
1. Combine all ingredients, except casings-mix well.
2. Stuff loosely into sausage casings.
3. Tie off into 3-inch links.
4. Chill or freeze to store.
5. Prepare as desired.
