Italian Sausage and Potatoes

Italian Sausage and Potatoes ingredients
- 4 med Potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1 lb mild or sweet Italian sausage (links or off the roll)
- 1 med yellow onion, peeled and sliced
- water
- 1⁄2 T Oregano flakes
- salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking Italian Sausage and Potatoes
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2. In glass cassarole dish or glass 8x11 baking pan put sausage in first, layer potatoes and then onion on and around sausage.
3. Add about 1/2 inch water.
4. Then add oregano, salt and pepper on top. Cover with foil tightly.
5. Bakei 1 hour or until sausage is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.
6. For browner tops bake 10 to 15 minutes longer without foil on top.
