Italian Sausage ingredients
- 2 t Salt
- 1 t Black pepper
- 4 t Fennel seeds
- 4 t Oregano
- 1 t garlic Powder
- 8 lb pork shoulder
Cooking Italian Sausage
1. Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes.
2. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute.
3. Grindi.
4. Shape sausage into patties.
