Italian Sausage ingredients

  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 4 t Fennel seeds
  • 4 t Oregano
  • 1 t garlic Powder
  • 8 lb pork shoulder

Cooking Italian Sausage

1. Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes.
2. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute.
3. Grindi.
4. Shape sausage into patties.
