Italian meatballs ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground chuck
  • 1⁄2 lb Ground pork
  • 2 c Italian-flavored
  • Bread crumbs
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1⁄2 c Grated cheese
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 clv garlic, chopped
  • Very fine
  • 1⁄2 c Pignoli (pine nuts)
  • (optional)

Cooking Italian meatballs

1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Let stand ½ hour.
3. Shape into medium size meatballs.
4. Fryi gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake for ½ hour at 350 degrees.
5. Genly place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
6. p. s. You can double, or quadruple the recipe.
7. After baking and cooling place in ziploc bags, and store in freezer.
