Italian Meatball Cookies ingredients

1 c -Shortening
1 1⁄2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Milk
1 t vanilla
5 c flour
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Ground cloves
1 t Nutmeg
3⁄4 c Cocoa
1 c Nutmeats; chopped
1 c chocolate bits or chips
3⁄4 c Raisins

Cooking Italian Meatball Cookies

1. Creami shortening, sugar.
2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, then remaining dry ingredients.
3. Add nuts, chocolate bits and raisins.
4. Form small balls.
5. Bakei on greased cookie sheet at 375~F for 10 to 12 minutes.
6. Makes about 10 dozen, more or less, depending on the size.
