  • 1 italian salad dressing, package mix
  • 1 beef broth, can
  • 1⁄2 water, can

Cooking Italian Beef Au Jus

1. Place roast in slow cooker.
2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef.
3. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Meati may be sliced and served with hard rolls or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice, with broth thickened with flour.
