Italian Beef ingredients
- 10 lb Round or rump roast
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vinegar
- 2 T worchestershire sause
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 T Oregano
- 1 small onions, diced
- Salt
- Pepper
- --Sauce--
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c water
- 3 Beef bouillon cubes
- 8 T worchestershire sause
- 4 t Oregano
- 1 pk Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 t basil
- 1 pk Au Jus Mix
Cooking Italian Beef
1. Mixi vinegar,2 tbsp.
2. worcestershire sauce,1 tbsp.
3. oregano and the garlic.
4. Pour over seasoned meat,slicing onion on top. Cover lightly; roast @ 350 degrees 3 hours or until done.
5. Slice when cool.
6. Before serving,combine sauce ingredients;bring to boil.
7. Cool 10 minutes,then add sliced beef.
8. Serve on poorboy buns.
9. May be refrigerated 2 to 3 weeks.
10. Makes 10 to 16 servings.
