Italian Baked Fish

Italian Baked Fish ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb Flounder or sole fillets
- 3 T Low-cal Italian dressing
- 3 T Lemon juice
- 3 T worchestershire sause
- 1⁄8 t garlic Powder
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Italian Baked Fish
1. Place fish in shallow baking dish.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
3. Marinatei several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Bakei fish uncovered for 30 minutes.
6. Broili for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
7. Each Serving: 154 Calories, 29g Protein, 2g Fat, 3g Carbohydrates, 427mg Sodium, and 85mg Cholesterol.
