Irish Shortbread ingredients
- 8 oz butter
- 4 oz Caster sugar
- 8 oz Plain flour
- 2 oz Corn flour
Cooking Irish Shortbread
1. 1. Creami butter and sugar.
2. Add flour and cornflour.
3. Cut into squares or into rounds and bake in a slow oven until done.
