Irish potato pancakes ingredients

  • 1 c Mashed potato
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 Tbpp baking powder
  • 2 Beaten egg
  • 1 c Milk
  • 4 T Light corn syrup
  • 1 T Nutmeg

Cooking Irish potato pancakes

1. Do not expect these to be like american pancakes, but they have an excellent flavor.
2. Mixi all ingredients.
3. Beat well.
4. Bakei on a greased griddle until brown on both side.
5. Makes 8-10.
