Irish Potato Cake ingredients

  • Zelia ezell
  • 1 c butter
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 4 Eggs; separated
  • 1 c Pecans; chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Bitter chocolate; melted
  • 1 t cloves
  • 1 t Nutmeg
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 c Mashed white potatoes
  • 2 c flour; sifted
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c Raisins
  • 2 t baking powder

Cooking Irish Potato Cake

1. Creami butter and sugar.
2. Add beaten egg yolks, pecans, chocolate, and spices.
3. Add potatoes and flour.
4. Then add milk and beaten egg whites, vanilla, raisins and baking powder.
5. Bakei in a bundt pan. Bake in 325~F oven for nearly an hour.
