Indonesian Scallop Seviche

Indonesian Scallop Seviche ingredients
- 2 lb Bay scallops
- 3⁄4 c soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c Fresh lime juice
- 1⁄4 c Horseradish
- 1⁄2 t Red chili peppers
- 1 T Peanut oil
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 1 T garlic
- 1⁄2 c Water Chestnuts
- 1⁄4 c Cilantro
Cooking Indonesian Scallop Seviche
1. Combine scallops, soy sauce, lime juice, horseradish, red pepper flakes, peanut oil, sesame oil, garlic, water chestnuts, and half of the cilantro.
2. Cover and chill for 4-8 hours, no more.
3. Stiri in remaining cilantro.
4. Serve slightly chilled.
