Individual Custard Tarts ingredients

  • 6 prepared single-serving graham cracker crusts
  • 1 pk vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • c water
  • 1 bo NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat Milk
  • 1 T Lemon juice
  • 2 t Grated lemon peel
  • 1 pt Strawberries
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Mint leaves

Cooking Individual Custard Tarts

1. COMBINE pudding mix and water in small saucepan.
2. Add evaporated milk, lemon juice and lemon peel; stir until smooth.
3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
4. POUR into crusts; refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Top with fruit and mint leaves before serving.
5. *About 3 peeled, sliced kiwifruit or 2 oranges (sectioned) could be used in place of the strawberries or one could dress the tarts with any desired combination of these fruits.
