Inagami-Pakwejigan (Soft Bread) ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 c water
- 2⁄3 c White corn flour
- 3⁄4 t Salt
- margarine or shortening
- Sunflower seeds
Cooking Inagami-Pakwejigan (Soft Bread)
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Mixi together the flour & salt.
3. Pour the boiling water onto the dry ingredients while stirring.
4. Continue to stir until the mixture becomes thick & uniform.
5. Serve in a bowl topped with margarine & the sunflower seeds.
