Impossible tuna-tomato pie ingredients
- 6 oz Can tuna in water, drained
- 1 med Tomato, seed, chopped
- c Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 T Chopped fresh basil or
- -1 t. dried.
- 1 c Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c bisquick
- 2 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
Cooking Impossible tuna-tomato pie
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. In greased 9" pie plate scatter tuna, tomato, cheese and basil.
3. In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended; pour into pie plate.
4. Bakei about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Cool 5 minutes.
6. Serve.
7. High altitude directions: not recommended.
