  • 1 c Tomatoes, chopped

Cooking Impossible garden pie

1. Heat oven to 400. Greasei pie plate, 9 x 1 ¼". Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in pie plate.
2. Beat remaining ingred.
3. 15 sec. In blender on high.
4. Pour evenly in pie plate.
5. Bakei about 35 min. or til knife inserted comes out clean.
6. Let stand 5 min. before cutting.
7. Garnishi with tomato and zucchini slices if desired.
8. ½ recipe: use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
9. Decrease parmesan cheese to 2 tb.
10. divide remaining ingred.
