Impossible Chicken Parmigiana ingredients

  • 3⁄4 c Creamed cottage cheese
  • Small curd
  • 1⁄3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
  • 1⁄2 t Oregano
  • 1⁄2 t basil
  • 1 cn Tomato paste 6 oz.
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2⁄3 c bisquick
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1 1⁄2 c chicken, cooked & diced
  • 1 1⁄4 c Mozzarella cheese shredded

Cooking Impossible Chicken Parmigiana

1. Heat oven to 400. Greasei 10 inch pie plate.
2. Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.
3. Mixi chicken and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over parmesan cheese.
4. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds, by hand for 1 min. until smooth.
5. Pour into pie plate and bake 30 minutes.
6. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
7. Bakei 5-8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool 5 minutes.
