Impossible cheesy ham pie ingredients
- 12 oz Creamed cottage cheese
- Drained
- 1 pk Cream Cheese, Softened 3oz
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4oz
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Cut-up Cooked Smoked Ham
- 1 c bisquick
- 1⁄4 c Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1⁄4 c Sliced green onions
- 1 T Toasted sesame seed
Cooking Impossible cheesy ham pie
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly grease 9" pie plate.
3. Mixi cheeses, 2 eggs and the ham; reserve.
4. Mix bisquick, milk, 2 eggs and onions; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
5. Spread half of the batter in pie plate.
6. Spoon reserved cheese mixture evenly over batter in pie plate.
7. Carefully spread remaining batter over cheese mixture.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
9. Bakei until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
10. Let stand 5 minutees before cutting.
