Impossible cheeseburger pie 2 ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Onion, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c bisquick
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c Cheddar or Am. Cheese, shred
Cooking Impossible cheeseburger pie 2
1. Preheat oven to 400. Can be topped with crisply cooked bacon.
2. Greasei pie plate, 10x1 ½", or sq. baking dish, 8x8, or 6 10 oz. custard cups.
3. Cook and stir beef and onion in 10" skillet over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
4. Stiri in salt and pepper.
5. Spread in pie plate.
6. Beat milk, eggs, and baking mix 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 minute with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
7. Pour into pie plate.
8. Bakei 30 minutes.
9. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
10. Bake 5-8 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
11. Cool 5 minutes.
12. ½ recipe: use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
13. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to ½ c. divide remaining ingredient amounts in half.
14. Decrease beat time to 10 seconds in blender or 30 seconds with wire whisk or hand beater.
15. High alt: increase first bake to 30 minutes.
16. If baking the ½ recipe: use 1 ½ qt round casserole or 1 qt.
