Impossible Broccoli-Cheese Pie ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccoli bunch
  • c Onion, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c water
  • 4 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Milk
  • 4 To 6 drops Hot Sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground pepper; fresh
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground nutmeg
  • 1 T Fresh parsley; minced
  • c Swiss cheese; fresh\shredded
  • c Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Impossible Broccoli-Cheese Pie

1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
2. Remove tough ends of lower stalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly; cut flowerets and stems into thin slices.
3. Combine broccoli, onion, and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan; cover and cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes.
4. Drain thoroughly, pressing out moisture with paper towels.
5. Combine next 8 ingredients.
6. Stiri in vegetables, and pour mixture into a greased 10-inch pie plate.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesani cheese; bake at 350^ about 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes.
8. YIELD: One 10-inch pie.
