Ice Cream, Lowfat

Ice Cream, Lowfat ingredients
- 8 oz milk, lite
- 4 sugar substitute, packages
- 1 t vanilla
- ---ADD ONE OF THE FOLLOWING---
- 2 peaches, peeled, diced
- 1 Banana, mashed
- 4 pineapple, slices with juice
- 8 oz Orange juice
- 2 c strawberries, crushed
Cooking Ice Cream, Lowfat
1. Mixi all together and put in freezer of refrigerator until hardened.
2. Remove - break up - put in blender and whip until creamy.
3. Serve.
4. Can also be made in one of the small electric machines, or one of those that goes in freezer.
5. Calories: 75 cal.
6. Exchanges: 1/2 Milk and 1/2 Fruit.
