I can't believe these are oatmeal cookies ingredients

  • Cream
  • 1 c -Shortening
  • 1 c White sugar
  • 1⁄2 c Brown sugar
  • Add:
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • Add:
  • 1 1⁄2 c unbleached flour
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • Add:
  • 1 1⁄2 c Quick oats
  • 3⁄4 c Finely crushed English walnuts
  • 1 t vanilla

Cooking I can't believe these are oatmeal cookies

1. Chill for 1 hour.
2. Make walnut-size pieces and put on greased baking sheet.
3.  flatten with buttered, sugared glass bottom.
4. Bakei: 350°F for 10 minutes.
