Hush puppies ii ingredients

  • c Cold water
  • 1 large Onions; chopped fine
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Yellow cornmeal
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 3 T butter or oleo
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley flakes
  • T Plain flour
  • 1 t Salt

Cooking Hush puppies ii

1. Add butter to water and bring to a boil.
2. Add onion and parsley flakes to boiling water.
3. Sifti together corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Stiri this into the boiling water mixture and cook 5 minutes.
5. Stir well.
6. Spread on large cookie sheet and cool.
7. Roll into small balls and freeze on a cookie sheet.
8. Fryi in deep fat.
