  • 4 lb Ground pork
  • 2 T Salt
  • 2 T Black pepper
  • 3⁄4 T Mace
  • 1⁄4 T Nutmeg
  • 1⁄4 T cloves
  • 1⁄2 T All-spice
  • 1⁄2 T garlic Powder

Cooking Hunter's venison sausage

1. Mixi venison and pork together.
2. Add approx.
3. ½ cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press.
4. Add spices and mix well.
