- 4 lb Ground venison
- 4 lb Ground pork
- 2 T Salt
- 2 T Black pepper
- 3⁄4 T Mace
- 1⁄4 T Nutmeg
- 1⁄4 T cloves
- 1⁄2 T All-spice
- 1⁄2 T garlic Powder
Cooking Hunter's venison sausage
1. Mixi venison and pork together.
2. Add approx.
3. ½ cup hot water to meat to gain desired texture for sausage press.
4. Add spices and mix well.
